#The Map page shows nearby charging stations with real-time availability. # Tap a pin on the map to view station details, including plug type, pricing, and distance. #You can also navigate to the station directly from this page. # Tap “More” to view detailed information for each charger at the site, including charging speed, plug type, and pricing.

#You can start charging in two simple ways: ( Option: Scan QR Code ) #Scan the QR code on the charger. #Plug in the connector. #Tap Start Charging in the app.

# Select the charger or connector in the app. # Tap Unlock. # Plug in the connector. # Tap Start Charging in the app to begin charging.

# During charging, the app displays: # Charging duration # Energy delivered (kWh) # Charging cost ( # For DC chargers, the battery charging level (SOC) may also be shown. )

# Tap Stop Charging in the app. # Wait until the connector is unlocked. # Unplug the connector and return it to the holder.

# Charging fees are automatically deducted from your default payment method. After each charging session is completed, an invoice is automatically sent to your registered email address. # You can view all charging sessions in My Orders. # Tap “Email Invoice” to resend the invoice for any past charging session. # ( Charging History & My EV ) ( Charging History ) # View all past charging sessions, including time, energy, cost, and payment status.
